I am the Founder and CEO of Fidel Tutorial, an education technology and tutoring company based in Ethiopia working to expand access to quality learning for students from elementary to university level. Through a hybrid model combining in-person tutoring, digital learning, and workforce development, we support underserved students while creating employment opportunities for youth — particularly women and university graduates. My mission is to reduce educational inequality across Africa by building scalable, technology-enabled learning solutions. I am a Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellow and YALI RLC alumna, actively seeking partnerships and opportunities to reach millions of learners across the continent.
